मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):
- मोल्ड तैयार करना – सांचे की साफ-सफाई, कोटिंग लगाना, और कास्टिंग के लिए तैयार करना।
- पिघला हुआ एलुमिनियम संभालना – फर्नेस से मेटल निकालना और सावधानी से सांचे में डालना।
- कूलिंग और डेमोल्डिंग – कास्टिंग के ठंडा होने पर सांचे से निकालना और जांच करना।
- डिफेक्ट इंस्पेक्शन – छेद, क्रैक, फिनिशिंग जैसी समस्याएं जांचना और रिपोर्ट करना।
- सफाई और कटिंग – एक्स्ट्रा मटेरियल हटाना (flash removal, grinding, etc.)।
- सेफ्टी फॉलो करना – PPE (जैसे heat-resistant gloves, mask, apron, helmet) पहनना और सेफ्टी प्रोटोकॉल फॉलो करना।
- मशीन मेंटेनेंस में मदद करना – डेली ऑयलिंग, टूल्स की जांच करना, और बेसिक क्लीनिंग।
